Can't sign in?

Pick what fits. SimplB will never ask you for your seed phrase, recovery words, private keys or authenticator codes.

Get a new sign-in link

Use this if you cannot find your sign-in email or the link has expired. SimplB emails a new link to the address you signed up with.

Lost authenticator

Use this if you can sign in with the email link but cannot get the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Nothing is reset automatically. SimplB first emails you a link to show that this email address is yours, and then a person at SimplB contacts you using the details already on your file before anything is changed.
